While we will be focused on movement and exercise we will also be helping your kiddos understand how important the fundamentals of SLEEP, HYDRATION, NUTRITION, STRETCHING and STRESS MANAGEMENT and LEADERSHIP are!
Our goal is to keep your kiddos ACTIVE, build confidence while challenging them at their level, meeting each individual where they are on their journey, and to become the BEST version of themselves!

Lunch will be from 12:00- 1:15. The camp will resume with an activity at 1:30

3 Days of Activities and Fun! (Normally $200)
We are never too young to start considering how we BREATH - MOVE - SIT - STAND - SLEEP - FUEL - STRETCH - HYDRATE & CARE for our BODIES
. Over the course of our 3-day camp, your child will learn about strength, agility, balance, and much more as they are guided by a coach through different high-intensity CrossFit workouts, and movement themes. Also included in our camp will be time for interactive team-building activities and cooperative games both indoors and outdoors!
Your child will also learn the fundamentals of a productive lifestyle which allows us all the ability to better manage stress, stay more focused and organized, be more productive and THRIVE! Living life optimally. By helping someone understand themselves better we discover freedom many searches for their entire lives.

Coaching & Routine Building (Normally $135)

Goal Setting / Accountability /Goal Reached (Normally $350)
TThe #KidsFitnessCamp 11-week program is packed with education, tools and support helping your kids get active - keep active or level them up by building confidence - setting GOALS and seeing their potential.

We will begin SUMMER #KidsFitCamp on August 12th. we will be doing Benchmarking and GOAL SETTING Days 1 and 2 this will set the stage for success, and you will have the opportunity to assess tolerance, set goals, and work on a plan, and re-access Benchmarks on the final day of camp.
